Terms of Service
IAM.Core
These Terms constitute an offer by Individual entrepreneur Andrey Nikolaevich Morozov (TIN 773272773292, OGRNIP 317774600281613) to provide access to the IAM.Core service. Registration, payment, or actual use of the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
1. Service
The Provider gives the User access to IAM.Core within the plan, commercial proposal, invoice, or free tier selected by the User. Available features and deployment options are shown in the Service or agreed separately.
2. Account and acceptable use
The User must provide accurate information, protect access credentials, comply with applicable law, respect third-party rights, and must not bypass security controls or impose an unreasonable load on the Service.
3. Fees, payment, and refunds
Fees, billing periods, and payment methods are displayed before payment in the Service, commercial proposal, or invoice. Free functionality is not charged. Fiscal receipts are sent to the payer's supplied contact when required by Russian Federal Law No. 54-FZ.
A User may cancel services as permitted by applicable law. Refund requests are sent to info@iamgroup.ru; the refundable amount is determined after deducting services already supplied and documented Provider expenses.
4. Personal data and User content
The Service may process account and contact details, technical events, settings, and content submitted through selected functionality. Purposes, retention periods, and data-subject rights are described in the Personal Data Policy.

A User who submits personal data, recordings, documents, or other information about another person is responsible for having a lawful basis and any required notices or consents.
5. Intellectual property
The Service and its software components belong to the Provider or their respective rights holders. Rights in User content remain with its rights holders. The User permits technical processing only as necessary to supply the Service.
6. Responsibility
Automated and AI-generated results must be reviewed by the User and do not replace professional judgement. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not responsible for unlawful User content, third-party providers, or indirect loss.
7. Term and changes
These Terms are effective from 6 August 2026 until withdrawn. A revised version is published on this page. Continued use after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
